I took it around the studio I work at, FCV, an interactive agency in beautiful Vancouver. I took several shots around the office and after a little Photoshop magic, mainly just a little level tweak and colour balancing, the results were impressive. The camera packs quite a punch with the kit lens.

Jadyn (the Machine) is usually a little more photogenic.

I love how small this camera is. It’s brilliant and its size is something to appreciate compared to the big bulky DSLRs, which could sometimes hold you back from taking it out of the house. But, it doesn’t quite pack all the buttons that a DSLR normally would have. I need those wheels and buttons. I’ve gotten used to it on my Nikon D5000. Hard to go back. I can’t rely on changing aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and white balance with just the ‘Center’ button along with 4 direction buttons. It’ll definitely be a nice back up camera to have around.
